Do you require a booking deposit

Yes. The full session fee is required to reserve your session’s date and time slot.

 

Do you offer gift certificates

Fabulous headshots can be a perfect gift to pamper someone you care about as well as a unique gift for a boss, customer, or colleague who doesn’t need another bottle of wine or fruit basket. Rather than buying a gift card they might procrastinate to redeem, simply book a session on their behalf. How far in advance do I need to book

My online scheduling calendar automatically adjusts the times you can book based on my availability. It generally requires you book an appointment at least 48 hours in advance. If you have an urgent need for a headshot, please contact me ASAP for a special “emergency” package that can get you in & out of my studio and deliver you an image file within 24 hours.

 

I can’t find a time in your schedule

If you can’t find any availability in my calendar that works for you please give me a call @ (860) 937-2124 so I can accommodate your request.

 

What is your refund policy

Your booking deposit is nonrefundable, as are your image purchases, but we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will not rest until you have the perfect headshot. If you are not satisfied with how I took your headshot I will offer you a complimentary re-shoot session.

 

Can I reschedule my session

Yes, you can reschedule your session once with at least 48 hours notice.

 

What about no shows

If you are a no show for your appointment or attempt to cancel/reschedule within 48 hours you will unfortunately lose your session reservation booking deposit. I know “life happens” but I arrange my entire day and shuffle my schedule around to accommodate each booking. No shows are disruptive and take up time slots from other customers, so I have to be firm on this policy.
